Tom Wilkinson

Hello, my name is Tom Wilkinson, Founder of Individual Catering Ltd. Like most people I fell into hospitality in a quest to earn some extra money for a glittering social life. I’ve been lucky enough to work in a wide variety of restaurants, bars, gastro pubs and large events.
My passion for the hospitality industry was born in 2003, I took my first job working as a kitchen porter at a family run restaurant that I’d had my christening at 14 years earlier. Fast forward 18 years and I’ve held pretty much every job you can in the restaurant business. Waiter, Pizza Chef, Sous Chef, General Manager, Wedding Coordinator, Operations Manager of a gastro pub group and now Managing Director of both IC Ltd and our sister company Replenish Kitchen, a clean eating restaurant and national Meal Prep Company.
I bring the Organisation and precision to your event, as well as the attention to detail honed during many years working for the Seafood Pub Company and playing a part in helping the business grow to 12 of the highest quality sites in the northwest and looking after a staff of over 250.

Rob.joined in 2018 as our Executive Chef, his vast experience in high end, large capacity venues and Michelin star restaurants is vast. From Harvey Nichols, Manchester to the Forest Side at Grasmere, Rob has worked under some of the North West’s most renowned chefs and brings to the business a wealth of knowledge and creativity that takes us to the next level of wedding and event catering. His menus speak for themselves and he brings a vast network of suppliers and contacts that make our food the pinnacle of the Industry.
